Team Development Programmes
Helping good teams become even better through sustainable behaviour change.
Understanding a pattern is one thing. Changing it is another.
Most leaders arrive here because they've reached the point where they know a single workshop isn't going to create the shift they're looking for.
The team is performing, but not at the level they know it's capable of. The same tensions keep resurfacing, accountability isn't where it needs to be, or the business has changed and the team needs to evolve with it.
When a Team Development Programme Makes Sense:
A programme is often the right fit when:
The team is navigating growth, change or increased complexity.
There are recurring challenges that haven't shifted despite good intentions.
A leadership transition creates an opportunity to reset expectations.
The team needs support embedding new ways of working over time.
Leaders want meaningful, measurable change rather than a good day out.
Designed around your team:
Every programme is designed according to your team’s unique needs, but they all share three things:
An intentional growth pathway designed to create sustainable and impactful change.
Deep developmental work that builds self-awareness, emotional maturity and healthier ways of relating.
Practical application, accountability and measurable behaviour change embedded into everyday work.
Programmes are designed around the team's unique needs and include topics relevant to the team’s specific needs.
e.g. Self-Management under pressure, Team Vision & Values, Communicating with Influence & Impact, Business Partnering Skills.
What to expect:
Using the Enneagram as a foundation, we explore the deeper patterns that shape how people lead, communicate and relate to one another.
Teams develop greater self-awareness, take more responsibility for their behaviour under pressure, and learn how to engage with each other in healthier, more emotionally mature ways.
Programmes typically run over 6–12 months, allowing enough time for new habits and ways of working to become embedded.
They include various combination of team diagnostics, workshops, coaching, individual assessments and debriefs, leader support sessions, and integration activities between sessions.
Why Programmes Work:
Behaviour change takes time.
Teams don't become more trusting, accountable or collaborative because they spent a day together in a workshop. New behaviours need repetition, practice, feedback and accountability before they become the new normal.
That's why every programme is designed around sustainable behaviour change.
Using Actionable’s behaviour change software, we identify and track specific behaviours throughout the programme. Each team member commits to small, measurable actions, making progress visible and helping leaders clearly see the return on their investment.
Outcomes:
By the end of the programme, teams typically experience stronger trust, clearer communication, greater accountability and more effective collaboration. Leaders often describe feeling relieved to spend less time managing dynamics and more time focused on strategy, delivery and the work they were hired to do.
