“We judge ourselves by our intentions and others by their behaviour.”

~ Stephen Covey

Often it’s our own behaviour we need to take a truthful look at: a super bright LED lamp of reality to show things as they are, right now, as people are experiencing us.

The Leadership Circle Profile 360 evaluation gives us that honest feedback:

  • How we’re being experienced by the people we work with: boss, direct reports, peers, clients, service providers

  • The areas that are contributing positively to our leadership effectiveness

  • The areas that are getting in the way of our leadership effectiveness

  • Deep insight into the beliefs, patterns and habits of thought that are driving these behaviours.

  • A developmental pathway to change

I chose this assessment tool for a number of reasons:

  • I’m a researcher at heart and I like models with proven statistical significance

  • It’s based on a number of well-known leadership theories so provides well-researched developmental guidance in addition to diagnostics

  • It’s benchmarked against hundreds of thousands of other leaders for better interpretation of results

  • It’s the only 360 assessment that measures both creative (positive correlation with leadership effectiveness) and reactive tendencies (negative correlation with leadership effectiveness)

  • The attributes it measures are directly linked to business impact and results

  • It can be taken at various intervals to measure progress and change

  • It can be used in teams to measure the full leadership team’s behaviour and overall business impact
