You’ve got smart, capable people. So why aren’t they the brilliant team you know they could be?

Maybe you’re noticing:

  • Conversations are polite, but not fully honest

  • Concerns surface after meetings, rather than during them

  • Issues and concerns keep coming back to you

  • The team agrees, but rarely challenges each other’s thinking

  • The same issues keep resurfacing without much changing

You could keep dealing with each issue as it comes up. But if you suspect they might be symptoms of something deeper, it’s worth finding out what.

See what’s happening beneath the surface

The Team Dynamics Diagnostic looks across six dimensions of how your team works together, helping you move beyond the symptoms and identify the patterns that could be driving them.

In just 4 minutes, you’ll get:

Your overall Team Health Score

• A breakdown across six key dimensions

• Your primary risk pattern

• Practical guidance on where to focus first
