Make individual differences your team’s greatest strength

Learn how to use the Enneagram to create a high performing-team by building self-awareness, emotional maturity & relational trust

Teams who work well together outperform those who don’t

I help smart, curious teams deliver even better results by using the Enneagram to transform personality differences into their greatest superpower.

By building self-awareness, emotional maturity and relational trust, your team can go from being a group of highly capable individuals to a high-performing team that drives exceptional impact.

As a curious, growth-minded leader, chances are you’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and booked the away days. But you also know that if you want your team to go from good to truly exceptional, you need more than once-off hits.

My work goes beyond surface-level workshops and helps you move beyond the ad hoc fix so you can build the habits, culture, and cohesion that drive lasting, sustainable results.

The Enneagram helps create high-trust, high-performing teams:

  • Leverage diversity as a superpower: Transform individual differences into strengths that boost innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.

  • Improve team communication, connection and collaboration: Work across different personality types and communication styles with ease and empathy

  • Increase self-awareness and personal accountability: Understand your Enneagram types, core motivations, and blind spots to improve leadership and teamwork.

  • Build psychological safety and trust in teams: Create a high-trust team culture where employees feel safe, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

  • Resolve team conflict with emotional intelligence: Turn workplace conflict into constructive dialogue, stimulating debate and stronger collaboration.

Hi, I’m Jessica Uys, an Accredited & Trauma-Informed Enneagram Facilitator, Leadership Coach & Culture Researcher.

Former Insights Director turned Leadership Consultant, I help growth-minded leaders use the Enneagram to build self-awareness, emotional maturity, and relational trust - transforming personality differences into high-performing teams that deliver brilliant results.

My clients have described me as intuitive, insightful and incisive, and a lot of that is probably thanks to having spent over 15 years in the field of Consumer Research, including a role as Consumer & Market Insight Director at Unilever. It’s here I learned the art of balancing analysis and intuition and where I learned the challenges of the corporate world including stakeholder management, working across different cultures and leading multi-regional teams at a senior level.

In addition to my Business Science Degree, I’m an ICF-Credentialed Coach and Certified Enneagram Teacher and my work is also influenced by the multitude of modalites I’ve studied over the years, including Breathwork, Eating Psychology, BodyTalk and many more.
