Our sense of wellness seems to wax and wane...
There are times we feel good – comfortable, in tune, relaxed. The body feels well, our moods are balanced and we feel an unmistakable sense of ease, regardless of what’s happening around us.
And other times we feel decidedly off. Maybe we feel a bit depressed, perhaps we find ourselves irritable. Our energy levels might be depleted and we may even be experiencing body aches or illness.
Oftentimes, the signs are more subtle.
No obvious sense of ‘wrongness’, but a general sense of “not right” that has us feeling disassociated, distracted or possibly even numb.
The feeling of “off” is often about a sense of misalignment, a disconnection with self and a forgetting of the person we truly are.
And we don't really know what to do about it...
We've forgotten what we want. We've forgotten what makes us feel at ease. We can't remember the things we used to do that made us feel good. We long for a previous version of ourselves but can't quite put a finger on where she went or what we could possible do to invite her back home
This is the time for remembering.
