My aim in working with you is to help you live a life of intent; to help you tune into your deepest desires; to find alignment with your inner truth; and to consciously create space for a life you love.
I’ve been described as “part counsellor, part healer, part coach” – a pretty good summary because I don’t fit into any single frame.
- I am not your typical coach – I don’t follow the coaching rule books, use formulaic approaches or hold back my point of view – I do use my own intuition, I do share knowledge, stories and ideas, and I do provide a fresh perspective.
- I am not your typical BodyTalk practitioner – I don’t work as a “general practitioner” and this isn’t the core of my offering; I do use my understanding of Philosophy, Eastern Medicine and the Mindbody Connection to bring intuition, uncover sub-conscious belief systems and to get beneath the surface of what’s really going on.
- I am not your typical counsellor – I don’t linger too long in the past and I don’t get stuck in analysis; I do work with old patterns and triggers, but my main aim is to move you forward and into a future that inspires you.

Our sessions will be about helping you to understand yourself, your values and your desires so that you can move closer to a life that you love. Each session will be unique and will bring in different tools, approaches and modalities, depending on what you need on the day
What you can expect:
- 6 x 60 minute sessions over a 3-month period
- A safe and gentle space where you can be truly heard
- The opportunity to share thoughts, uncover insights and gain clarity and perspective
- Gentle challenging and probing to help you move towards your goals
- Specific tips and tools
- Homework exercises to help you gain insight and go deeper.
- As relevant to your specific needs, energetic balancing techniques to:
- Induce the relaxation response
- Unhook from old patterns, stored emotions or outdated belief systems
- Allow deep shifts to occur
- Each session will be followed by a summary of the key insights and take-outs
- You will have anytime access to email support in-between sessions

60-minute Reboot Session
A once-off 60 minute session with me, to use as and when you need to, as and how you need to.
Unexpected events and circumstances can throw us off course. A once-off session can sometimes help fill you up, free you up and help you move forward.
This works well if:
- You need a bit of a “top-up”. You have the basics but need a little bit extra to get the most out of your life right now.
- You’re generally ok but feel the need a bit of a shift to get you back on track
- You’re feeling a bit stuck in a particular area and need help moving through it
- You’re going through something mucky and feel the need for a supportive wingwoman to lend an ear, offer some gentle guidance and to help you find your way through the dark
How Skype sessions work:
Skype sessions work in exactly the same way as in-person sessions would. The session is video based so we still get to see each other and connect. We still do the same amount of talking and sharing and laughing and relating as we would if were in the same room.
When it comes to the energetic techniques I bring in from time to time, I’m able to tune in using my own arm to muscle test and in that way am able to connect to the sub-conscious issues going on.
Skype-based coaching means you don’t have to drive anywhere and you don’t have to stick to typical office hours. If you’re away for work, you can dial in from your B&B or if you need evening sessions, it’s easier for me to accommodate you.
